1 cup of butter, either cocoa or shea butter

1 cup vegetable-based oil, Use coconut oil, almond oil or hempseed oil

6 tablespoons of magnesium oil

4 to 6 teaspoons of CBD oil

Instructions:

Using double boiler, over a low heat, melts the butter and oil (only if it is in solid state). Once they are melted, remove from heat. Add in magnesium oil, CBD oil, essential oil and stir well.

Allow the mixture to cool for 30 minutes or you can refrigerate for 20 minutes. Once it is firm up to butter thickness, whip the mixture for 1 to 2 minutes using hand-held mixer, electric whisk or stand-mixer. Once it has become fluffy body butter, transfer to airtight containers and keep out of direct sunlight.
